For our HR Service Team a problem encountered by a client is a “stop what you are doing event.”  Our approach is to deploy a dedicated HR service representative and team to manage our relationship, not call centers or mass teams with general specializations.

We take complete and full responsibility for your overall satisfaction. On an ongoing basis, you will interact with those assigned to you. These CPI-HR trained professionals will do all they can to make sure we are meeting our obligations and exceeding your expectations. To further make sure we are doing our part, those in charge of your teams will meet with you regularly.
