With nearly 20 years of Benefits experience, Kirsten has the expertise to develop solutions through the use of sound risk management techniques. She has worked both on the Carrier and Agency sides.

As a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach, she is focused on strategic development of plans that will promote health and help lower medical costs, while producing an ROI for her clients.

As a Benefits Advisor, Kirsten focuses on ACA compliance; strategic planning and helping clients with benefit and cost management solutions.

Kirsten works closely with her New York counterpart, Michael Grinnell. Mike and Kirsten have been involved in learning and speaking on the Affordable Care Act since inception. They have been key note speakers at Statewide Associations, to include New York Conference of Mayors, New York Association of School Business Officials, Government Finance Officials Association and NY & NJ Movers Association. For three years, they have both been very active in the Capital Conference on Healthcare Reform. Attending seminars and sessions given by the IRS, Treasury Department, Health & Human Services and other Federal legislators involved with the law. Mike and Kirsten have lobbied both Federally and Statewide on the Affordable Care Act.
