Online Benefit Enrollment
Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems can improve employee engagement with a self-service benefit selection process.
Each eligible employee is presented at the time of enrollment the Benefit options assigned to their status within your company. They walk through a Benefits wizard where they simply select an option for each benefit and move on to the next.
Along the way, the Employee can see what their pay period cost of that election is as well as the employer costs. At the end, there is a complete summary the employee can review and approve if they are comfortable with the selections made.
Consumerism plays a large role in our process as we make sure plan document information and summary benefits details are available so informed decisions can be made. A comprehensive benefits statement, showing total costs for the company, and total costs for the employee, are summarized at the end of this process for all enrollees to see.
